I am going to try these recipes without the advantage of a Wok. Wish me luck. I may have to actually break down and buy a good one.

Yes, please share. It makes for long entries but worth it. I just did my first recipe on my blog yesterday. I have 4-5 that I'm excited about, but don't have pictures of yet.
