Gong Bao Chicken was a success!  It was a kick to make and it tasted reeally good. I do think I will add a little more heat the next time. I used a deep frying pan instead of the wok and it worked well. Here's a pic of how mine turned out. I served with Sauteed snow pea pods and rice.
